- Refunds are available within 14 days of your purchase date.
- You do not need to provide a specific reason for requesting a refund — we value your satisfaction.

Refund Process
- Once we receive your refund request, we will confirm your eligibility and issue the refund through Paddle, our payment partner.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Delivery or Technical Issues
If you experience any technical problem accessing your purchased book, we will help you resolve it immediately. If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be provided.

- We do not offer refunds beyond 14 days from purchase.
